１．Cut a hole at the marked position precisely using a drill or hole saw of the specified diameter(boring tools)
２．Place the insert into the hole.
３．Tap the head of the insert with a hammer and lock the 　　　insert.
４．Screw in a bolt to the full depth to prevent loosening.
